So you really do have to learn to multiply yourself through other people.

그래서 우리는 다른 사람들을 통해 자신을 확장시키는 방법을 반드시 배워야 합니다.

And i advise, it's very important to surround yourself with people that are better than you are.

그리고 저는 우리 스스로가 우리보다 나은 사람들과 어울리는 것이 매우 중요하다고 조언합니다.

You are going to move in the directions of the people you associate with.

우리는 우리가 어울리는 사람들의 방향으로 움직일 것이기 때문입니다.

So I advise you to seek out as your partner in business, your partner in life, whatever it maybe, look for the people that actually are examples to you, 

그래서 우리가 비즈니스 파트너나 인생의 파트너 등 그 누구를 찾게 되더라도, 실질적으로 우리보다 모범이 되는 사람을 찾으라고 조언합니다.

Rather than somebody that you need to, you think you need to shrink down yourself.

우리 스스로를 축소해서 맞춰야 할 것 같은 사람들 말구요.
